Located by the river. Restaurant was excellent, tasting menu was superb and staff were friendly
Bathroom was tired with parts missing from fittings and vanity mirror hanging from wall. Shower pressure was very poor. No fridge in room

We stayed for the first trip with our new born and the staff made the trip go as smooth and comfortable as possible, really outstanding customer service! Of course, the location and on food restaurant were outstanding as well.

The room we stayed in was beautiful. However, the room key is a skeleton key that you need to use to lock your door from the inside. This is a safety issue as an emergency, highly unlikely you would be able to get it in the door and unlocked in time to get out.
Sadly, the staff were not friendly. and welcoming like other hotels we stayed at during our trip. For example, when I asked the concierge suggestions of what to see or do in the town, I was told to go to the local tourist location to inquire on my own.
