We like everything about the property, it was a great stay for us specially with the baby.
The staff were excellent, always helpful
The small in the bathroom in the mornings was a bit odd.

We had a genuinely lovely experience with the staff at Nora Club Hotel & Spa. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and Nikola deserves a special mention. He was attentive and helpful, suggested great trips, checked in with us, and did everything he could to make our vacation perfect. Breakfast was very nice too, with friendly and gracious service.
Unfortunately, the condition of our suite did not match the level of service. The suite felt very old, with a musty smell and dated décor. The bathtub faucet was faulty and kept dripping long after being turned off tightly. The toilet seat was also broken. The staff fixed it as soon as we asked, but overall the room felt poorly maintained.
More concerning, during the night we heard rats in the walls, and the next morning we found rat droppings outside on the railing and the balcony. A cat also got in through an open window and vomited in our room in the middle of the night. After that we kept all windows and openings closed, but on our last night the cat vomited again, this time on the mat at our room's entrance. It was a very unpleasant experience.
