Friendly staff, comfortable room, good pool area, central location next to Art Gallery and near the museum.
Expensive room rate; food ok but not an extensive menu and sometimes items in menu not available. Pillows in room too firm, not comfortable

Rooms were clean, pool was good, frontline staff were friendly.
Initial room was not ocean view despite the booking clearly stating ocean view, management seems disconnected and despite numerous issues no one ever said sorry and acknowledged the issues. Lights and tv in the room didn’t work. I had to ask for water as this didn’t seem to be part of the usual daily housekeeping routine. There were multiple issues, nothing was seamless as it should be in an ‘international standard’ hotel. After I’d booked I got a confirmation advising construction works would be happening Monday to Friday and
As I was staying a long weekend I thought that would be too much interruption however works continued all weekend.
