We loved the hotel overall, it definitely defines uniqueness. The staff at check in were very attentive as were the staff at the breakfast area. Both and all very happy, professional and kind. The stairs to our room kept our cardio levels up and out room size was great, with lots of lighting from the various windows. The only downside was the size and layout of the bathroom. Otherwise a great stay and hotel in a lovely peaceful location.
The bathroom layout was terrible. The sink is too big in room 223 and it's difficult to use to toilet comfortably without having to touch your body against the sink. I do think the bathroom could do with a small sink to make movement around a bit more accessible.

Breakfast was served at the sister hotel around the corner. 1 minute away. We chose to eat out in the many close cafes.
It’s an old building that is beautiful and traditional. If you’re wanting modern decor look elsewhere.

Location was good
We realise it’s on the lower price point but the bathroom smelt a bit weird , the bedroom was basic , and the noise from the adjoining cocktail bar was pretty bad
