Camyuva Beach Hotel

The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice, ours were that amazing two bedroom suit, our family had a bunch of smaller rooms which were also great. The food was exceptionally good, kudos to the chef!! you'd never go hungry, if you miss breakfast, no worries, right as it ends a bar near the beach starts serving food and it was always good too. Lunches and dinners had amazing variety. The walk to the beach is short and beautiful, the beach is clean, the water great, water/coffee/juices/any drink you might want and food right there if you need it. The pool looked great and had slides for kids/adventurous adults which were turned on daily, even in the rain. We personally didn't go to the pool but people who did were obviously enjoying themselves. there's of course a pool bar. I've spent a lot of time in the hotel lobby drinking turkish coffee and reading, drawing and playing board games with family and friends. There's a lot of space both in the lobby and in the dozens of balconies surrounding it. I've also enjoyed walking around, the area is extremely walkable, the nature's beautiful, there's a ton of different shops selling whatever your heart desires and there are two supermarkets within 5 to 10 minute walk. The hotel is super kid friendly, everyone was so nice to our beloved gremlins and seemed to genuinely like them. The mini disco is fun and the children's play area is great, my daughter could play there for hours. It is pretty noisy up to 11 pm, every single hotel on the street has a disco going on, but it was to be expected. We just stayed up and either danced or sat in the lobby or walked around the busy town. Once it's 11 all the noise is gone.

Literally the only thing i could come up with was that one lady who refused to change our beach towels that one time "because it's only done in the morning", even though there was a basket full of dirty towels behind us and a stack of clean ones behind her, but everyone else seemed to be able to change their towels whenever on designated days, so we must have caught her at a bad time lol.

Exceptional food, especially from sheff hands! Those sweet things, like pies, are awesome! I could bet, they are way better and tastier than in other 5 star hotels! Private beach, helpfull staff, clean rooms.

Beds are not so comfortable

We stayed in Villa C and absolutely loved it. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The private pool was cleaned regularly, and both the beach and the main hotel building were just a short, pleasant walk away. The beach and the sea were very clean. We also had a great experience with the restaurant. The whole team and the waiters did an excellent job. Tables were cleared very quickly, the food was fresh and tasty, and we never left hungry. Service at the lobby bar and pool area was also friendly and efficient. Overall, every member of staff we met was attentive and helpful. I also want to thank a few people personally: A special thank you to Mr. Mehmet, the Food & Beverage Manager. Thanks to him, my birthday dinner was especially memorable. On our departure day, when our transfer was unexpectedly delayed, he noticed that we were still waiting and made sure we were taken care of. It was a very thoughtful gesture and really touched us. Adelya at reception also won our hearts. We always felt that we could come to her with any problem and she would do her best to help. On our last day, she helped us a lot when there was an issue with our transfer. I am pretty sure I made my flight thanks to her persistence and help! A big thank you as well to Aisha from the spa. She did a wonderful job and helped me truly relax and enjoy my treatment.

The only downside was that it was sometimes difficult to find a free sunbed on the beach, as some guests reserved them with their belongings even when they were not actually using them. Once we figured out the best times to go, it wasn't really a problem anymore.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They work extremely hard and spend long hours on their feet, yet we never once saw them looking unhappy or experienced even the slightest lack of politeness towards us

Regarding the massages, Booking.com provides detailed information about around 10 different types of massage, but the fact that these services require an additional payment is only mentioned under the general “massage” heading. The way this information is presented makes it seem as though the different massage options are included in the all-inclusive package. I found this approach misleading. The description should clearly state that these services are charged separately, so guests know exactly what is and is not included before booking. The Kids’ Club was also disappointing. The range of activities and options available was very limited, and the fact that the activities were only in Russian made it particularly difficult for our child to participate or enjoy them. For an international hotel, I would expect at least some activities to be available in English, especially for children from different nationalities.
