Everything about the hotel was great. The staff are so amazingly accommodating & friendly. They generally want you to have an amazing time. Good food choices & themed evenings were great. Spa was fabulous. One of the best massages I have ever had. Bar staff were exceptional. The shopping area was fun, the Arabian Nights oils are fabulous! I would definitely recommend. Beach was super clean. Its not a swimming beach. But fabulous for snorkelling. Lots of fish. Great for children & adult snorkelling. They are very controlled around the seafront area as the sea current is strong. Which is purely for safety. Which is good!
The mosquitoes!! Our rooms x 3 were on the ground floor, 2 opposite the pool. No matter what we tried; sprays, plug ins. It didn’t work. At night we were bitten alive. Id suggest trying to reduce mosquitoes in the bedrooms as its the only thing that was tough.

It was ok, a hotel that was worth the price paid!
The food was ok - like in Egypt - it's pretty much the same in all hotels in general.
Great beach, ok location, great staff! Room cleaned every day, thank you Roshdy - the boy who cleaned the room!
It was ok, but it's not a hotel I would return to!
The entrance to the sea - it's full of dead corals - you can't enter the sea without water shoes! The portion where you can swim in the sea is limited and the water is shallow considering the corals floating in the water - there is no sandy portion in the sea where you are allowed to swim!
Then if we asked for early check-in because the plane arrived at 11 am it wasn't possible until 2 pm when check-in is normally done, then we asked for a double bed, they gave us a room with 2 beds, in the end we also asked for late check-out for a fee and it wasn't possible either...
So flexibility to the customer's wishes - zero!
The cakes and sweets... bad....oh my god!

Perfect accommodation, close to the Airport, nice beach, possibility for snorkeling, delicious food, super friendly personnel! Remarkable Ahmed from the Reception, Mohamed from the limousine service and Mustasam, who was cleaning our room 5107. Keep going guys! Success!

Reception staff were friendly. Buffet was really good. Location near the sea and airport was nice.
Not 5 star hotel. Room and facilities were old and not well cared for. Quite dirty.
