This is a nice, clean, reasonably priced simple stay in a very convenient area in Barcelona. My room was very very clean. Also had TV, a window to the interior air shaft, and a ceiling fan. There was a nice closet to organize stuff, though some wall hooks would be nice. It was nice that there was a microwave and hot water kettle in common area. Easy to get buzzed in to check in, and then had key card to get in rest of time. Elevator also appreciated. I found it to be pretty quiet most of the time - only noise was through window if people were talking loudly in another room (maybe not even in this hotel). It's right near the metro and also very easy to walk to sightseeing places in the city - also active area with restaurants, bars, little markets. Short walk to grocery stores.
A fridge in room or shared area would have been welcomed, though staff said you could bring them things to store (that was nice, but this isn't so convenient so I never did).

The location inside the city walls was ideal as it was 3mins walk to the main street.. The room and facilties were excellent and the host provided wine, juices snacks etc upon arrival at the appartment.
The stay was a great experience and there are no negatives to speak of....

Several places around where you could get breakfast.
Could have some more hooks to hang weat towels etc. Otherwise nothing.

Older property, difficult to find. To help -take metro to Para-lel, when you come up, with street Para-Lel to left, McDonald’s to right, walk down block, staying on same side of the street, at the next block you will see Apolo a music club ( not Apolo theatre), it is black, atm on side, turn right, there is a street/alley behind Apolo that was under construction while I was there but dead ends into the street that runs on the side of it and enters Para-lel. Walk down the alley behind Apolo, until you come to the first “T” intersection with a street that ends into the Alley behind the Apolo, turn right, then across that street to your left are the doors to the Pension.
Difficulty locating it. Area a bit creepy at night.
