Good experience, everything is good but little bit expensive
We accidentally packed a small cloth bag belonging to the hotel into our suitcase. Upon checkout, they told us to either pay for it or take it out. In my opinion, an upscale hotel that claims to value customer satisfaction shouldn't care about a single bag at all.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thank you to Deny, who was particularly attentive and helpful and made my stay much more comfortable and convenient. I really appreciated the excellent service and hospitality.
Only a minor issue: the swimming pool and the water features in the garden could have been cleaner and better maintained. However, this did not significantly affect my overall experience.

I got a private pool, which had a nice outdoor area
Bed was made everyday
Staff was nice- private,
A fair few things wrong with the property
- toilet seat was broken
- shower head wasn’t working well
- when the bath jets were turned on it stank
- the roof was leaking (ended up dripping in my bag)
- sink was leaking but that got fixed when mentioned
And ect
For the price I paid for 4 days I would have expected a little bit better then constant problems :)
