We had to use all our towels to mop up overflow from shower as drain was blocked. Informed receptionist on way to dinner & obviously asked for clean towels also requested turn down service. When we got back to our room neither were done, hardly 5 star service! First language is German down to menu & staff, felt out of place & uncomfortable. Got absolutely nothing against Germans but when you in the minority it’s not a good feeling. Just checked out of a 4 star hotel & the service beats this hotel hundredfold. We definitely won’t be back & will be seeking compensation!
