Federica was very friendly and caring. We booked last minute and yet she prepared our room very quickly and upgraded us to a bigger room. The small fridge had water and drinks and some snack. Which really helped in midnight as everything in Rome closes early.

We stayed for our last night.
Less than 2 min away from the main train station Roma Termini. Beautiful central location.
The concierge gave us cold water bottles upon arrival. The minibar was stocked with FREE (!) water, cola, fanta and a small sweet breakfast. They even had a tea pot and a coffee machine.
While we didn´t try any of it, the service was way, way better than expected.
10/10 value for money
Italian Engineering... but it was expected.

The location and the fact we could open the windows. Easy to find, easy to enter (codes, keys, etc.) Coffee machine and kettle available. Comfortable bed and pillows.
The room had a strange unpleasant smell, we couldn’t get rid of, even with the window open during the whole day. (Other rooms didn’t have the same problem). If you can’t sleep in a noisy environment choose a room with window facing the inner yard, as those who face the street are not quiet during the night, especially early morning because of the car traffic.
