I stayed twice last trip. Upstairs first, room was pretty good but bed not comfortable.
I asked for a ground floor room for when I returned in a week and it was fabulous. The bed so comfortable. I'm coming to bali again next year so if I can book the same room will definately be staying here.
Just the uncomfortable bed in first room.

Spa staff exceptional. Pool was nice.
When we stayed there was a large family staying together they were very inconsiderate in regards to the pool and noise at night when coming and going. Found it hard to relax and we left early to find someone quiet.
