Rooms cleaned every day. New towels, water, toiletries supplied every day. Very helpful staff
Tiny rooms with very limited living space. No proper lobby or bar to meet with friends in the evening.

Location was excellent. Quiet since off the main street. Convenient to pedestrian walkway to the station. Also close to Ueno park. And lots of eating places nearby.
Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and very helpful.
The room was very small but it matched the description of the room so was expected.

Location, location, location.
I hate to say anything relative about this property and stuff. I chose a medium tier hotel on purpose, and the staff were unfailingly, courteous, considerate, and generous. But I would say that they should invest in a paint job and changing carpets. The foyer does have a sub basement feel overall I had a wonderful time, but the rooms could be freshened up a bit.
