The staff were efficient, friendly and very helpful. Miss Dung especially was great, she knows what to do with problems and fixes them.
We did notice that in the bathroom there was a stream of ants going into the door jamb.

The room and comfortability highly appreciated.
The Front office staff make an inconvenient. Since I was check in accepted the booking and request to pay. Later said need to waiting 45 minutes because rooms are not ready.
Also not see any hospitality from the reception.
