Location with plenty restaurants around and good car park.
Room is comfortable and clean.
Road is noisy and double glazing could help.
Can hear music from neighbours. Although this is not the property fault as such.
Lack of plugs at work station. Need USB C port.

Location near Hagley park and the Christchurch Botanic Gardens is ideal and within easy walking distance. The Westfield Mall is also a short walking distance. Stayed here 10 months ago and they have upgraded some of the features of the room and are working on the rest of the rooms in the complex. Nicely done! The staff are all friendly and helpful 😎
Riccarton Street can be a bit noisy in the early evening and it quiets down by 8 pm.

Great location, friendly, clean and comfortable. Great value.
Nothing not to like.

Location was good, central to everything and room was comfortable enough.
Walls are paper thin, not sound proof at all. The room below us were partying until the early hours then up super early, felt like they were in the room with you so that ruined it. Loud noise from the street as well. Shower was pretty sub par as well, couldn't adjust it to your height so you get waterboarded if you're short, and break your back if you're tall.
