Attentive, welcoming, polite, and exceptionally hospitable staff
There was a strong sewage smell. After taking a shower, water would remain on the bathroom floor. The bathroom door was very inconvenient to open and close, and in order to close it, you had to step into the puddle of water left after the shower

Great short walk to black beach and the restaurants around it.
Shower and sink water is salt water.

The location is excellent, just a maximum of 2 minutes from the beach and seafront promenade.
The resort is beautiful and features a perfect swimming pool.
The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
What I would improve is the air conditioning. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit installed in the first room (the kitchen/living area) was not able to cool the second room effectively.
