Mir hat der Aufenthalt im Kaila Beach Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage war sauber, auch die Zimmer sind gemĆ¼tlich und schƶn eingerichtet. Besonders angenehm fand ich die AtmosphƤre und die freundliche Betreuung. Auch die Lage war sehr praktisch, und ich habe mich wƤhrend meines gesamten Aufenthalts wohlgefĆ¼hlt. Ich wĆ¼rde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
AuĆerdem gibt es im Kaila Beach ā ebenso wie im benachbarten Hotel ā ein Unterhaltungsprogramm. Je nachdem, wo sich das Zimmer befindet, kann man dieses hƶren. Ab 23:00 Uhr ist jedoch Ruhe.Also ab dann ist auch ruhe š
Der Strand ist in weniger als 2 Minuten durch ein Tunnel vom Hotel aus zu erreichen.
Das Buffet zum FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck, Mittagessen und Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und es gab eine gute Auswahl fĆ¼r jeden Geschmack. Besonders beim FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war die Auswahl an Brot, Brƶtchen, Aufschnitt, KƤse, Obst und warmen Speisen sehr vielfƤltig. Auch mittags und abends wurden verschiedene Gerichte angeboten, sodass immer etwas Passendes dabei war. Die Speisen wurden regelmƤĆig aufgefĆ¼llt und insgesamt hat uns das Buffet gut gefallen.
Beim Buffet gab es zwar jeden Tag einige der gleichen Speisen, trotzdem wurde immer wieder etwas Neues angeboten verschiedene GemĆ¼se sorten ,Fleischgerichte,Veganes Buffet. ZusƤtzlich gab es spezielle Gerichte zum Mittag- und Abendessen, sodass die Auswahl insgesamt abwechslungsreich blieb.
Die Zimmer werden bei Bedarf tƤglich gereinigt. Das Badezimmer wurde bei uns allerdings nicht vollstƤndig gereinigt ā die Toilette und der MĆ¼ll wurden zwar sauber gemacht beziehungsweise geleert, der restliche Teil des Badezimmers jedoch nicht. Das ist aber wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau und nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt. Bei uns kƶnnte es auch an der zustƤndigen Reinigungskraft gelegen haben; zu den anderen Zimmern kann ich natĆ¼rlich nichts sagen wie es da ist nach der Reinigung;)also kein grund das Hotel nicht zu buchen š

Second time in this hotel. Last time we were living in duplex room, this time we paid some extra for beautiful sea view deluxe room. This room was comfortable and it was exactly as we wanted šš» thanks to guy on reception for that offer. Unfortunately, I donāt remember his name. We like this hotel because of approximity to the beach, it offers good options of food and different things to do (incl. shops, hamam and so on).
Our first impression was that the hotel looks a little more worn out compared to last year. Some of the chairs have chipped paint, and the tablecloths definitely need to be replaced. Last year, the overall condition was better, and quite a lot has changed in this regard over the past year.
It is not surprising, because there are so many guests, especially during summer months (too much people). August is a very busy month, so weāll probably come back when things are a bit quieter. š

Great location, the food was great with a lot of choices for all-inclusive concept it was great for family and big groups. They had their own beach and a lot of sea activities were available. The pools and atmosphere were amazing.
The duplex were very small in space for family, the saves in the rooms are not for free.

The food was great. Everyday, there was something different for dinner. Everything was delicious. So many options to choose. I also loved the location as well. The lobby had a great atmosphere. The beach was really close and pretty. Most staff was friendly. (A few of them hated their jobs obviously) I loved that there was a market and a hairdresser at the hotel. The hotel is generally speaking beautiful. It was clean
3 big issues with the hotel
1) Unfortunately, what makes a 5 star hotel is not just about serving great food. Yes, I loved the food but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the entertainment side. All day long I felt like the hotel was for retired people. Animators should focus on other professions in my opinion because they did everything except for entertaining. No proper care for the daily events or activities. Other hotels next to us had 10 times more fun than us.
2) Alcohol was not alcohol. Yes! I am not exaggerating. All inclusive but you would have to drink 20 cocktails and 10 whiskey to feel like you drank something. I stayed 6 night. I stopped drinking at the third night! Because I felt like I was just tiring myself with some cheap juice cocktails. For a 5 starhotel, this is a shame to serve something like this. What? Do they mix vodka with water or what?
3) Understaffed. I could definitely see the staff (bartenders, waiters, maids etc.) Struggling to make everything on time. I felt bad for them because one person is doing 3 people's job. It was obvious that the hotel was understaffed and that workers had to do extra job to make it up for it.
