Great Location and breakfast. Good accomodation but communal areas need cleaning and some furniture dated ( missing handles) but adequate for our purposes. Friendly staff and helpful.
A bit shabby in places could do with refurbishment and cleaning staircases.

Location is excellent and easy access to the facilities around Llandudno.
There was nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was nice
Seating area was also really nice
Bedroom was very small & not very clean, pillows to small & soft, really needed more than one each,
Shower wasn’t good, very noisy until early hours.
