Stayed to go to the local Parkrun. Comfortable room, had a great nights sleep. Staff helpful, good wifi
Only v slight downside was no kettle in room, although you could make a hot drink in the lobby

There aren't many hotel options in Jaworzno, especially within walking distance of the city centre. Having stayed here before, I chose it because I knew what to expect and felt confident returning. The staff are nice and helpful, and the property feels generally safe. There is also a lift inside the building for anyone who needs it. A special thank you for letting me check in early without an extra fee—that was very much appreciated!
While I appreciated knowing what to expect in terms of the hotel's general vibe, I wish I had known about a major change before booking, as I likely would have chosen elsewhere. I booked well in advance back in July for a mid-October stay. When I inquired about the spa and sauna facilities beforehand, the staff were wonderfully responsive. However, no one mentioned that the on-site restaurant has closed and that only breakfast is now available. If you're looking for a place that serves lunch or dinner, this isn't it (at least as of my stay). A receptionist mentioned that the restaurant had been closed for about two months prior to my arrival, which was quite disappointing given how early I booked. You can still get drinks from the fridge behind the reception desk, but I'm not sure about hot drinks since I didn't use the machine by the entrance. There is one, but make sure to ask how it works, as no one will explain it upon arrival.
