Great location, accommodation and staff. There was no restaurant but so many eatery's and coffee bars, in Kastraki, there's no issue. The room was adequate, spacious balcony but overlooking an earth mound and trees at the back of the property.
The shower was inadequate, it was fixed at a height suitable for children. The water was warm, just managed to shave. The breakfasts were adequate, but the coffee was not good and an Expresso machine with pods would haven't made all the difference. We asked to change the room without a view, to a room with a view of Meteora? We were told that during our 3 night stay none were available but I saw at least 2 rooms unoccupied.

Perfect accommodation to explore the six stunning Meteora monastries. Comfy room 216 on top floor with fine views from the balcony . Well appointed room , comfy bed , decent wifi , unlimited hot water for shower . Fridge in room. Good choice of food for breakfast and decent coffee . Handy public bus just after 0900 , picks up at the main road stop 400 metres right of hotel and drops off at the monastries. Good bakery cum small general store 400 metres left of hotel by road junction and wide choice of restaurants nearby for evening meal. I could leave my case after checking out , collect in the afternoon and walk 25 minutes into Kalampaka for the evening Ktel coach via Trikala to Thessaloniki.
Would benefit from a kettle in the room to make a brew .
