We enjoyed the upgrade of the lake view. It’s nice to have the parking space. The hotel located in a quiet town without the crowds. We loved to walk along the lake and enjoyed the sunset and the mountains.Big thanks to the staff of serving various choices for breakfast.

Paid for a lake view, and that's what we got. Worth every penny. Room was comfortable and well sized. Bathroom was good. Location was great - easy walking distance of local lakeside facilities. We reserved a parking space and this was available on arrival as expected. All in all, a very good experience. Would recommend wholeheartedly.
All good, thanks.

Very pleasant view, excellent restaurant, with very friendly service, convenient parking .
The non-functioning air conditioning, impossible to
get below 26 degrees. Staff explained that our room , contrary to others was still on old system. No alternative room was offered despite us explaining that we had specifically booked the hotel because of the ac.
Safe and tv didn’t work either , the former apparently also needing replacement, the latter requiring staff intervention.
Very mediocre breakfast despite friendly service .
No gesture made to apologise for the series of inconveniences.
