Friendly staff, a nice location, parking right in front of the hotel, and great breakfast. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Overall, it was good value for money, and I would stay here again, especially for the price and breakfast.
The room looked worn and dated, and both the room and the common areas would benefit from renovation. During my stay, the common areas were being painted, and it seemed that some rooms were being painted as well. Even the toilet paper was only single-ply, which gave the impression that the hotel was cutting costs on small details.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are water dispensers on every floor, which is more sustainable that having plastic water bottles. Breakfast spread is good and well balanced.
The gym needs another access card which needs to be requested at the reception. The gym begins only at 7, while the breakfast begins at 6:30 a.m. since the gym is at the basement and is unattended, it should remain accessible whole day.

Superb customer service. Very helpful staff.
Room temperature was a little lower.

There is Finnish sauna and a parking.
A lot of dust. Not convenient AC, room layout, not tasty food at the hotel's restaurant. Not working door cards - thus changing a couple of rooms. It is hard to reach reseption by phone.
