The facilities were so good as well as location and view giving the rating only for this
I have never felt unwelcomed as I did at this hotel. All the staff (except for the receptionists) are unfriendly. They would be smiling and laughing with the neighboring guest ans turn a cold face to us. I would recommend that next time your restrict your reservations for (white only) in this case !
They placed us in a floor where guests have kids and dogs ( we don’t have neither). It was uneasy to fall asleep at some nights because of the dog barking nonstop. We have complained to the reception, and they did nothing about it.

Buffet was good but service very bad. The older mostly male staff are very rude and make the young girls do all the work.
The only reason this is an 8/10 not 5/10 is because of the pool and spa.
Service 1st night at dinner was a joke, I was seated as soon as it it started at 7 and still hadn't got my final course at 9.
No coffee in rooms, they want you to pay extra! Same with fresh fruit juice at breakfast which is a joke for this standard of hotel.
Outdoor spa is amazing but one small problem it's nudist. The woman shouted at me because I was not naked, this is not normal. I have no issue of people want to be naked but I do not want to be stared at by the mostly old creepy male who enjoy this.
Beds could be more comfortable.
The staff at reception are poor, nobody there at 715am tomcheckout. Breakfast is meant to start at 7am but on my last day I had to leave early it was still closed at 710am.
This is not a cheap hotel, you expect these basic amenities. I am very well travelled and have had this even in 3 star hotels
