The beach is excellent, and the property offers great amenities for families, making it a lovely place to stay. We also noticed a considerable improvement in the rooms compared to our visit last year. However, there are still a few areas that need attention, particularly room maintenance, housekeeping, and service standards.
Unfortunately, our room’s AC was not working properly throughout our stay, and it took considerable time for the issue to be addressed. The room also had a smoky smell, and the AC was not providing sufficient cooling. We noticed that the ceiling smoke detectors were covered with silver foil, which raised concerns about whether the room had been properly inspected and prepared before our arrival. We had to bring this to the housekeeping team’s attention ourselves.
Additionally, some toiletries were missing or not replenished properly, requiring us to call and follow up repeatedly. These inconveniences were frustrating and affected our overall experience.
We genuinely appreciate the property’s location, beach, and family-friendly facilities, and we recognize the improvements made since our previous visit. We sincerely hope the management will give more attention to room maintenance, housekeeping inspections, and timely service so that guests can enjoy the quality of stay they expect.
We would be happy to consider visiting again if these areas are improved, as we believe the property has great potential. Ultimately, we hope the service and room standards will reflect the price guests pay.
