Location is excellent. I had a view to Piazza della Repubblica so in the very center of the city. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

Perfect location.
You can hear everything in your room. Not really a hotel. Definitely a b&b. The people living upstairs are very loud. Stomping as they walk across the floor and playing music. When other guests arrive the are loud late at night. There must be a quiet zone when entering the 4th floor. The second night the guests in the room next door were having sex. You could hear everything as he was continually slapping her and you could hear them moan. It was quite annoying and distasteful. Photos do not represent advertising.
