The nature, the pool, the room, the service
The road is a bit hard to drive on (full of holes), but still not too bad

The location of the property and it’s surroundings. Very calm and gentle staff and Bird’s noise when you walk inside the property is exceptional. The restaurant inside the property has a plenty of option.
Some villas are not very modern. Looks a little bit old fashioned.
