A good variety of oriental as well as international (Western) food. Extremely friendly staff. Many of them remember us from our past visits and show a genuine almost childish joy to see us again. You can not expect anything like that anywhere in the West.
German is the first "official" language at the facility which is understood since 90 % of guests are Germans or German speaking (DACH citizens). Also the hotel is a German investment, so is the management. I am fluent in German and I had no problem with that but my wife is not and she felt a bit "unwanted".
