We ended up leaving

nothing

Very disappointing experience. We checked in expecting a clean and safe place to stay, but instead found multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the property. There was mould in several areas, liquid stains on the sofa, a mouldy book and popcorn under the sofa, black marks on the walls. Mould or an unidentified substance under one of the bunk bed mattresses. We also found a needle cover in the accommodation, which raised serious safety concerns. The second cabin was full of spiders, including around the microwave. There were some food waste in the Microwave and stains/unidentified substances on the sofa and chair cushions. We reported one of the issues (needle covers) to reception and were offered cleaning (after our stay not right way), The other issues were discovered after speaking to the staff on site but the number and severity of the problems made us uncomfortable staying there. These concerns were even more significant because my wife is pregnant, and we did not feel the environment was safe or hygienic. When we raised our concerns and requested a refund, the manager was rude and unhelpful. As a result, we left the property and had to book a hotel at the last minute, incurring additional costs. Overall, the accommodations were not maintained to an acceptable standard, and our concerns were not handled professionally. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here.
