Staff were super friendly. Hotel was great. Nice and quiet room.
Dinner was great, although the veggie pie had sold out. Lovely dining room.
Location was great, right in the centre of town.
Parking was a little tight. The room was a little too hot.

Stayed there before. So we knew it was good -very convenient for shops & walks
The heating coming on at 6.10am sounding like someone was in our bathroom running all the taps & making clunking noises

Good food/choice. Staff attentive and kind. Rooms clean. Close to town and river for walks.
We struggled to find a way to the property. Roads were closed and difficult to navigate a way in. We maybe should have been warned in advance and given an alternative way in!

Lovely, very cheerful Welsh lady at breakfast. Breakfast offering was very good. Dinner average.
Lumpy bed. Lots of stairs.
