The location is just a few blocks from the cruise terminal we are using. Also the ferry terminal is only a very short taxi ride. The people who work at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. We left early in the morning and were given a nice box breakfast to eat as our ship left too early for breakfast. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. We are coming back to the hotel in a couple of days and expect the same great level of care.
Nothing. It’s a good place and the staff is excellent!

Great staff, very friendly and helpful!! Hotel was more than adequate for our overnight before catching our cruise ship.
Being on high floor and close to lift motor we experienced a bit of elevator noise during the night but this was not that bad to spoil our night.

Hotel Ideal was comfortable, clean and ideally located near harbor and public transport. They served a good breakfast each morning. Room had a fridge and aircon. Clean white towels, white paper slippers and sweets in room upon arrival.
I liked everything. No complaints.
We were on 4th floor. I liked that hotel had a working lift.

We stayed here at the last moment for one night after ferry cancellations messed up our plans. The location was very convenient for the ferry and train station, and the price is great value. The staff were super warm and friendly, and the room was clean.
The decor and provisions were very basic, but you expect that in a budget hotel. There was no kettle. The room was uncomfortably hot when the AC was off and uncomfortably dehydrating when it was on, but I suspect this may be beyond the owner/staff's control.
