This is a true palace with large, beautiful appointed rooms and frescoes. Private adjacent parking for gas. Great breakfast layout and nice staff. I would stay here again.
Nothing - hated to leave

Beautiful Palace! Very spacious and yet very comfortable. There is a possibility of parking your car, for a fee of 15 euros. The breakfast is rather modest, I would say. The personnel is nice and helpful. I would come back.

Everything. I always return here.
The beds are too hard

Good location in centre of Lucca. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Pricey for what is was. Shabby overall. The bed was the most uncomfortable of our entire stay in Italy. Way too firm. We were hot (air con but not effective enough) and we were woken at least twice by street noise.
