Great location and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
A little pricey for my budget.

Simple but lovely room with a lake view balcony.

Noise isolation (our room windows were main street side)
4 guests were booked but there was a big bed and smaller one only (no room for another).

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Nice building with a lovely view of the lake. Breakfast was decent, with an automatic coffee machine. Could be better.
Unfortunately, the streets around the hotel are awfully noisy at night (especially on Saturday nights), and the building's plumbing system is very, very noisy: you can hear someone else taking a shower as if they were in your room. Double glazing would possibly do and a deep renovation of the plumbing system.
