Incredibly helpful staff - huge bonus that we were able to leave bags there earlier than our check in time. The location is amazing - the quirky court yard , the little corner beside reception on to the Canal - cannot dream this one up.
Decent breakfast and friendly room and dining personnel
Slightly noisy air conditioner in bathroom - but so minor an issue!

Asked for a king bed and they gave me a giant room with windows opening onto the canal - gorgeous!! I loved the breakfast every morning, so kind and helpful. Oh, and they have AC!!
The shower was awkward and small. And I did wish the breakfast hours where expanded.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A magical stay in Venice
We spent two days at [όνομα] and it was truly magical. The location is perfect: close enough to everything that we could explore the city on foot, yet it still felt like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely helpful, from check-in to their recommendations around the city. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment. We'd come back without a second thought and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.
