Lovely staff. Beautiful reception rooms. Food superb.
Having requested a bath, which was confirmed ,unfortunately there was no hot water in the lovely room we were allocated. Then had to move to a much smaller room with a shower.

Love the location and the facilities
We were unfortunately next to the building works for the spa so it was noisy in the morning

Very nice location for exploring the region. Great outdoor swimming pool.
Buffet selection for breakfast was poor (just a few kinds of cheese and ham, salmon - not always replenished, cherry tomatoes, bread and a bit of fruit). A la carte items were limited and not that tasty. Service was very mediocre. Limited English, no smile. Rooms are quite dark with a badly designed open shower.
