Secured parking space, good location and very close to many nice restaurants. Kind and client oriented staff. Separate toilet in the room (we had a bigger room). In our case it was a perfect hotel for 1 night / stopover.
Even if the room and bathroom are very clean, there is a kind of ‘old / musty’ smell in the room. Probably in all rooms because of interior or carpet? Without that, the score would have been higher.

the service made the difference. The hotel iotself is not very attractive and has the misfortune of being in boring Niort, but the kind staff made all the difference.
hotel decor a bit tired

We’ve stayed here a few times on our way to and from Spain. Lovely hotel with great facilities and very attractive grounds.
The only problem was that the restaurant was closed the weekend we were there, although breakfast and room service was available. We found some good places to eat a short walk from the hotel.

Good parking facilities
Lack of staff. We stayed at the end of August. Hotel very quiet. In the evening there was only one member of staff covering reception, bar and room service. Seems a little extreme
