Location is not central Paris but there is metro station close by and plenty of buses and even trams so you can move anywhere and even late at night there is night bus service. Quiet and safe area, coffee/bars, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets really close. Staff was excellent, always extremely polite and helpfull with excellent english. Cleaning was very good even at the halls daily. Room and bathroom were renovated.
Room was a bit small the 2 beds were cramped, if a companion was to come then it would be a bit difficult, for 1 was ok. Elevator stoped at half-landig so there were some stairs, not a problem for me but people need to know in advance, some may have a problem. There was no fridge/mini bar, I am on a special diet and when I returned rather late supermarkets were closed so I had to buy my things (yoghurts protein puddings) in advance and the solution was to store them at a hotel fridge and ask for them every time I needed them, not a big problem but still not very convenient. No boiler or coffee pod machine in the room, I wish they had even if I had to buy or bring my own coffee pods or tea bags, not looking for free coffee,tea but the ability to drink one at my room first thing in the morning or even late tea at night or whenever.
Price was around 200 euros per night without breakfast, next month was half, normally I would not pay that but it was not my dime, for around 100 in Paris which is expensive but not in a central tourist area is reasonable and fair.
