our room was large, clean and nicely decorated, the bed was big, clean and comfy, toiletries are provided, the shower was powerful, all staff were friendly, helpful and polite. there is a bus stop close to the hotel, public transport is free for everyone in Luxembourg, it takes about 25/30 minutes to get to the old town (Ville Haute), free underground parking was good for my motorcycle.
even though we have left quite a few dislikes, all of these could easily be rectified quickly,
there were holes in one of the bath towels, the shower had a section of the seal between the floor and the bottom of the shower door missing, some windows had a fabric over them, held on by Velcro that was not holding securely, our room was away from the lift but we could still hear it going up and down, the blind and window arrangement is a bit awkward to use as the blind gets trapped in the window and the pull cords were a bit of a mess, breakfast was €19/person.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Location is in a residential suburb but it was easy to get into the city centre by bus and tram (which are free) and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Easy and free parking in the car park under the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was €19 pp (as we didn't have it included) and it was very nice and good value considering Luxembourg prices. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.
Nothing major but a couple of small things - electric socket next to bed didn't work, blinds didn't work properly (one side wouldn't open, strings were completely tangled, because of oval window the main blind couldn't raise high enough to be able to open the window).

The staff were really friendly, the room was large and had a mini kitchen area. It was quiet and clean (except for some carpet stains). There are restaurants nearby and there’s easy access into the city center if desired. Theres also an underground car park within the hotel which was lovely and safe for keeping your car in.
The bed was slightly lumpy, nothing too drastic but it impacted my comfort a little.
