The hotel was in an excellent location near the old town and near a major taxi stand, which was great for returning to the Sibiu International airport with lots of luggage. The staff was knowledgeable, spoke good English, and not overbearing--very professional. Great buffet breakfast as well.
Nothing really. Elevator was small, and sometimes slow. Room key needed to be placed in a receptable for electricity (and heating) in the room to work, which means after a long departure, the room was a bit chilly.

This hotel was right on the edge of the old town only a 5 minute walk away. We arrived at around 6pm and the reception staff were busy but friendly helpful and professional. The parking in the front of the hotel was busy as it was Saturday evening but the hotel staff had it under control and found us a space. The room was a good size and comfortable but lacked surface space to put anything down. The bathroom mirror / hand basin setup was in my opinion designed by someone who doesn’t often stay in hotels ?
The breakfast wasn’t the bast we have had but nothing to complain about.

This hotel is in need of a refresh, we have being coming here for a number of years and it is no longer good value.
