Very comfortable bed, quite clean and located in a quite area.
Receptionist guy was a way too unpleasant person, he went out to the entrance to smoke and spat on the ground in front of the hotel. I was given uncleaned room due to some error in the system. Ok, I understand there might be tech issue with a computer but was his issue to give another cleaned room rather than arguing with a guest?. Next morning he was watching me eating my breakfast like I was convoyed by in the prison. However there was a very nice cleaning lady who also worked on breakfast service, she spoke perfect English and was so service oriented and helpful. Promote her!

The Zeus Opera Bucharest was a very nice property. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Our room could’ve used a deep clean. Corners had dust, hairs.

The location was very convenient. The staff were helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The noise from the room fridge was really annoying at night especially that it was placed 1 meter from the bed. Also the windows acoustic insulation are non-existent. Traffic and partying noise was really loud at night. Breakfast was ok but they have like 7 tables in the breakfast area! Guests were waiting with plates until the table became free. The coffee machine was so slow that at some point 10 people were queuing.
