Back again and got issued the same room. Comfy bed and pillows. Good shower. 11am check out made a difference.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Food in restaurant was really good.
No fridge in room, unusual smell from carpet on hallway stairs and tvs could be updated to smart tvs.

Close to castles and locks
Lovely pictures, pretty they’re not accurate you don’t get two pillows the towels aren’t laid nice and neatly on the bed. You only get two towels and one hand towel. What’s that about? mould all over the shower.
