Room and View
I booked a Deluxe Sea View room, and waking up to the bay was worth every penny. My only concern was the carpet: I am not a fan of carpeting, and this one felt very rough on the skin. The hotel does provide shoes for walking around, and the carpet begins at the room entrance. The breakfast was amazing many options to choose from in a very nice atmosphere.
Location and Service
The hotel is beautiful, very well located, and set in a neighborhood I loved. Grab rides are easy to arrange and reasonably priced, making it convenient to get around. The entire staff is also very welcoming.
Steam Room
Unfortunately, the steam room did not work during my visit. I spent 30 minutes there, but nothing happened, so the experience was disappointing.

Good value for money given the location and the room quality.
Long queue for breakfast at certain hours

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the Presidential Suite and welcoming desserts to our rooms, which made our stay feel truly special from the moment we arrived. The suite was exceptionally spacious, clean, cosy and comfortable, with a stunning sea view. The hotel’s convenient location, close to local hawker stalls and Gurney Paragon Mall, made dining and shopping easily accessible.
Nothing.
