Seamless check-in and check-out process. No wasting of time with back and forth car park endorsement etc. Parking is free throughout the stay till 3pm on check-out day. Helpful and friendly concierge. Super wide variety of breakfast menu to choose from. Comfortable and clean breakfast area. Free snacks in the room. Direct connectivity to the massive One Utama Mall and Bandar Utama train station. Simply perfect!
The ongoing works which has to be tolerated. The car park gantry was out of order during check-out causing a traffic standstill and a brief chaos for about 30mins at the basement. The tech guy came to rectify it after and all is gd again.
