The staff was lovely and welcoming. When we got there we were upgraded to a suite which was amazing! The room was enormous and had a fabulous tub. It was facing the street so I was worried about noise but it wasn't an issue for us. The beds were very comfy and we had some great nights sleep.
The rooms were huge and lovely but a little bit dated for a luxury hotel. The breakfast was buffet style and sadly cold, you could get better from the nearby restaurants for the price.

Convenience and parking were a plus. Location in town good and room very nice. Loved the view and tranquility our room afforded; right over the river with stunning mountain views.
The restaurant was very pricey and the flavors only so-so. But the wines were very good at reasonable prices.

Very stylish. Excellent location. Exceptional value for breakfast.
Some staff lacking some knowledge.

The staff was kind and spoke in catalan.
For the cost, I expected all facilities to function. The phone in our room didn’t work - which meant to go downstairs to the reception for any request. This took sometimes 20+ minutes as the lifts were packed.
Nobody came up to fix the phone after we made the reception aware of it.
At 589euros per night excluding tax, I find this unacceptable.
Also, other than water, there were no other amenities in the room (no fruit or snacks provided). Again at that price - some should have been available.
