Great holiday location, unit very comfortable and had everything we needed. Will be back!!

Great location, very well equipped with everything we needed. Perfect size for a young family of 5. The queen bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever used, wish I could find out where the mattress is from!! Would definitely stay here again. Had such a nice holiday.

The pool wasn’t very nice and not very well looked after.

The pool was poor, kids didnt even want to use it. The 1 legged fella living in one of the other apartments seemed a bit dodgy.

Not happy and feel ripped off!

On such a last minute booking (due to my mother being unwell), where cost and location were paramount, it wasn’t made obvious to me that linen wasn’t provided. We had to bring our own (from Melbourne), or as we found out later, hire the linen from a company that required 30 days notice. The listing should have made obvious - up front and centre, that the property does not provide linen and that it will be an extra cost if it had to be hired (with that cost still unknown) till after the booking was made. The property would do better to have packages of linen to be chosen from prior to the booking being made, at least that would make it obvious!!The title of the listing should read “Kirra Vista Apartments (NO LINEN PROVIDED)” then we would’ve then bypassed the listing. The other issue was 2 flights of stairs to walk up and no lift, so we couldn’t bring my wheelchair-bound mother to our accommodation if we wanted to. We stayed the 1st night after getting in later than expected and not realising the lack of linen until 9:30pm. So we had an uncomfortable night - unable to shower and slept in our clothes on just mattress & pillow case protectors. We checked out the next morning despite the 5 day booking, where we were happy to pay the first nights accommodation, but requested a refund for the remaining 4 nights where we were refused. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!
