The staff were super friendly and helped us with a map and information about where the main locations of sight seeing were. They remembered our orders for breakfast and greeted us kindly. The room was cleaned every day perfectly. Mauro was a great staff member.
We appreciated the great air conditioning.
Our stay was perfect.

Super close to everything. We walked everywhere including the Vatican City but that was an hour walk. For those not so keen on walking the train station is a short walk away and gets you everywhere you need.
Nothing it was all good! The breakfast could be improved upon but it is a classic European breakfast style.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind. We asked for directions for things and they were more than helpful with anything we needed. Their kindness made the hotel more enjoyable.
Location was good
Clean and cleaning staff was great!

Unique building
The older lady working the property gate was extremely rude. The first night we were trying to figure out how to find the place. As we were getting our bearings and looking on our phone, a man opened to door to his building and let us in. We were trying to get our internet to work to look for directions on where to go. Before we could find them, she was screaming at us and gesturing that we were stupid multiple times . It was a terrible first impression of Rome
The shower was dangerous. Both my husband and I slipped in the shower. We had to put a towel down inside the shower. Shampoo was a combined body wash and it was terrible on my hair.
The ac wasn’t working well until our last day. We asked for a fan, no fan. We complained about it leaking and the following day ( our last day) it was working great. It must have gotten fixed while we were out that day.
The room had a strange smell every time I walked in. They tried to cover it up with oils, but it still had a weird smell.
