We booked this hotel for the last night of our holiday specifically because it was conviennent to get to from Seoul station (we were coming from busan) and then the airport. The staff are really friendly and the rooms of Seoul from the view are great. It’s clean and the beds are comfy. Compared to the other places we’ve stayed during our holiday, this hotel actually had a decent amount of storage if you like to unpack.
There are some nice restaurants and bars close by. As we were only staying for one night we only really explored around the park.
There’s only one pillow per person. One of the bedroom lights turns on automatically when you get up to go to the loo in the night, which is annoying when sharing a room with someone. The bathroom door is really loud as it closes, again a bit annoying in the night

Loved the location, enabled us to get to and from airport and various places very easily. we stayed for 7 nights so we were a little disappointed we werent able to check in early (though I think it might be a Korean hotel thing where they dont check you in early).
we were given the top floor which was great as there were complaints about noise on lower levels, which we didnt experience. it does look a little dated though - with carpets not being laid flat around the lift.
note there are no amenities given it is a sustainability-focused hotel - bring your own shower cap, toothbrush etc!
as above. would come again though it could have been a a bit of a lower price (or some bonus like check in early/check out late) given we stayed 7 days

Stayed in same hotel previously. Location is very convenient, can reach via AREX all-stop train from Incheon. Well connected to metro too.
Room is too dark. Adding more lights will elevate the experience very much.

The location was certainly a compelling reason to stay, as the metro station is just a minute's walk away.
Soundproofing was an issue; I heard doors banging throughout my stay, which freaked me out. The 7-Eleven on the lobby floor was always crowded, making it take some time to get inside.
