We stayed here 4 days and what a great place to stay. Everything was perfect, our host Konstantin was in touch on WhatsApp to check if we were okay. Instructions to getting in were clear and easy. When you get off the metro at SYNGROU-FIX, use the exit that goes to Drakou street, it's about a 10 min walk from there.
The apartment itself was spotless, it smelled delicious like clean laundry (I noticed it everyday I returned). Two patios! Fantastic depending on the wind or time of day. Gorgeous.
Shower hot and there is soap and shampoo supplied. Konstantin kindly left us a bottle of milk and water in the fridge. There's also jams, butter, coffee and teas available. Even paper towel, foil etc so you don't need anything.
Location is fabulous. Downstairs a tiny street full of restaurants, we tried Kalyvas, excellent value.
We also went up a block and tried Kouzineta - brilliant.
Easy to get around, a trolley bus stops 100m on the right, 3 stops and you're at the Acropolis, or a 20 minute walk instead.
It's simply the best place to base yourself in Athens.

Mooi ruim appartement. Dichtbij het centrum en Acropolis op loopafstand. Ook veel winkels en restaurants in de directe omgeving. Vooral het dakterras is een extra bonus.
Weinig lichtinval.

Nous avons tout aimé. Une location rare pour un séjour à Athènes.Tout un étage rien que pour nous. Appartement équipé et fonctionnel. Immense coup de cœur pour la belle et grande terrasse fleurie avec vue plongeante sur l'acropole et le parthenon. Sans oublier la 2e terrasse côté cuisine, avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Le quartier ainsi que les commodités étaient irréprochables. Nous recommandons vivement ce havre de paix à ceux qui auront la chance comme nous, d'y séjourner.
