The stuff are so nice. They were so patient with me lol. Worth the money
The check out time. It's too early for me.
When I checked in it was like almost 4pm.
But check out time at 11am... It's annoying, should be 12:30 or something
And the elevator to the pool quite confusing for me.
Oh,,,another thing,,, the mattress in my room was not quite nice. I could feel the spring which it's frustrating to my body. I belive other rooms must have better mattresses. Mine just was not so lucky, also the pillows quite not good quality. So flat and old.

Very good communication..Staff is very very helpful. We love the room. The kitchen and washing machine is very handy. They clean your room every 3 days too. The guard is very friendly too.
I like the location. Many small shops are nearby and 7/11 is not that far. Also it was very nice that they can provide 3 key card for us.
By the way, i meant to click smiley face here. I don't know why it shows sad face.

The location was fairly central to Chiang Mai.
Cleaner and maybe a little updating of furniture etc.
