I enjoyed staying at D'Gecko Hotel. The room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are plenty of shops nearby for snorkeling and diving gear, as well as motorbike rentals. The hotel is kept clean and well maintained, making for a comfortable stay.
The hotel bar is just a few meters away, where you can relax, chill, and enjoy the sea view.

Staff was very accommodating and pleasant
Room was clean but the beddings and towels were old and discolored. The cover on my bed was a red and black flannel and did not go with the decor and vibe of the place. The towels were very old and not a clean crisp white. The location was not great since the hotel was not at the water. The way to get to the water's edge was very disappointing. For having such a great experience with the sardines and sea turtles, the way to get to the water's edge was actually unsafe. There needs to be a better pathway to get to the water instead of uneven steps without adequate handrails. The pathway was dirty, muddy, and not aesthetically pleasing. It could be so much better if some funds were used to make the place cleaner and safer.
