The hotel is very peaceful and charming and the staff are very attentive and helpful. The food at both breakfast and dinner is very good quality. The room was super comfortable and the views amazing. The tour and the hotel pick up were well organised and the drivers were very friendly and professional. I will be back.
Nothing wrong with the hotel at all. Just some advice in that the hotel is in an elevated position (hence the spectacular views) so do not expect to walk many places from the hotel unless you are superfit and not affected at all by the altitute. The great news is the taxi to the historic centre is less than 2 dollars.

Beautiful location and views, clean rooms, comfortable beds. And wonderful breakfast!

Our reception and arrival was easy. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. Most of all we loved the attention to detail to the interior design in each room.
The hot water in the showers was not reliable.

The view and breakfast are nice
It’s a steep walk up. The concierge is nosy and the room is really small.
