Although we never actually met the staff, we could tell someone came in daily to clean, stock up thé fridge, fruit, paper napkins and so on.
Excellent instructions regarding keys, house rules, etc.
We aporeciated being able to use the kitchen (always very clean and tidy).
GOOD WIFI!
Close to public transport.
Good contact vía email before - during - after.

It’s in a very good location in East Belfast, very good facilities in terms of cooking and even a laundry was provided. Lots of lounge space.
It’s quite basic, which is why it’s good value for money for Belfast.

The property was in a good location. Instructions were clear before arrival. The place was clean and tidy and was walkable distance from the city centre. The breakfast was self-serve from a communal kitchen and the food stuffs were fresh and plentiful.
We were in room 4 and the bed was either broken or the mattress needs replaced. Whoever sleeps on the left-hand side is like lying on a hill. I woke up sore after limited sleep each night due to this.
It was also extreme storms while we stayed and the bedroom window didn’t close and kept blowing open.
